You can check in from 3 p.m. On the day of departure we request you to check out of the apartment by 11 a.m.
Your booking confirmation contains an access code, with which you can open the entrance door of the boarding house and of the underground car park gate. Subsequently, you can carry out your check-in at the Check-In-Terminal in the entrance area. Alternatively, you can also do this by smart phone in the HelloGuest-App - here you must only pick-up your room card subsequently at the Check-In-Terminal. Yes, parking spaces are available for guests in our underground car park, which can be used free of charge depending on the availability.
We will of course provide you with an initial supply of soap, dishwashing tabs, etc. In case of a longer stay you must, however, organise further supplies yourself. The stock is replenished weekly during apartment cleaning.
