Search reservation

Go to the station and click on the check-in tile

Find your reservation with your last name and your arrival date. Should it not be possible to clearly allocate your reservation please use the "Extended search function".

CHECKING IN

Complete your registration certificate data and sign the registration certificate with your finger. Should your booking include further travellers please also complete the registration certificate for these persons.

In order to settle your outstanding amounts, select your billing address and pay the outstanding amount with your EC or credit card.

Send yourself your bill by email by entering your email address.

Generate your room card. Here you can select whether you only require one room card or also further room cards for your fellow travellers.

On the screen you will find your room information.
You can send these to yourself by email.

CHECKING OUT

Click on the check-out tile and enter your reservation information.

In order to settle your outstanding amounts please select your billing address and pay the outstanding amount with your EC or credit card. You can also have your bill sent to you by email here again.

Place your room card in the provided slit or letter box. Your check-out has now been completed. Thank you

Mobile check-in

Start Check-in App

A. Download the app from the Apple or Android Store (name: helloguest) or B. Call up the web app without downloading by QR code scan or by direct link
https://musterhotel.helloguest.app in your smartphone browser.

Log-in with your email address and your password (at least 8 characters) in the Check-in App. 

NB. : If you do not have any account yet, please continue with step 3.

Create a guest account with your name, gender, date of birth, email address and password (at least 8 characters) in the Check-in App. Finally, please accept the Terms of Use.

Find your host in the hotel search. If you use the WebApp (without download) you will go directly to your host without a search.

CHECKING IN

Add your reservation by entering your name and your arrival date. Should it not be possible to clearly allocate your reservation please use the "Extended search function". 

Alternative: Scan your reservation QR-Code from your email-reservation confirmation from your host.

Check your registration certificate data. Should data not be available yet please supplement these and sign your registration certificate digitally using your finger.

Please enter your credit card data for the payment and state your requested billing address so that we can issue the bill correctly for you.

To generate your room card, please go to the check-in station in the entrance area of ​​the boardinghouse. Find your reservation with your last name and your arrival date. Should it not be possible to clearly allocate your reservation please use the "Extended search function". You can select whether you only require one room card or also further room cards for your fellow travellers. Your digital room key will now be generated and is available for you. You can use this to open all necessary access points. Please pay attention to the information within the Check-in App.

CHECKING Out

Start your check-out. All outstanding amounts will be displayed and must be paid by credit card in order to be able to complete the check-out.

After the successful check-out you will receive your bill either by email or directly in the Check-in App as a PDF.
