SELF-CHECK-IN

DIGITAL CHECK-IN – BY APP OR ON-SITE

In our contactless boarding house, you can easily check in yourself - either by smartphone or at the on-site check-in terminal.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

In order to ensure that you enjoy your stay in the SERVENTO BOARDINGHOUSE as much as possible, we offer you a host of additional services that can be booked extra:

Additional change
of bedding

The bedding is generally changed 1x per week. You are welcome to book a non-scheduled change of bedding as an additional service.

of towels

Towels are generally changed 1x per week. You are welcome to book a non-scheduled change of towels as an additional service.

Special cleaning

Your apartment is cleaned at weekly intervals. If you desire a special cleaning of the apartment this can also be booked as a non-scheduled service. The invoice is carried out for each started 30 minutes.

BABY beD

Your children should also enjoy their stay with us! For this purpose, we will be pleased to make a baby bed/travel cot available to you for the duration of the stay for a surcharge.

Highchair for children

Upon request, for our smallest guests we will be pleased to provide you with a high-chair for the time of your stay.

WASHING MACHINE

A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available for all guests in the basement of the boarding house. Payment is made using an app.

Ironing station

For crease-free clothes, we are happy to provide you with a hotel ironing board with a steam iron for the duration of your stay at an extra charge.

In order to ensure that you enjoy your stay in the SERVENTO BOARDINGHOUSE as much as possible, we offer you a host of additional services that can be booked extra:

  • What are the times for check-in and check-out?

    You can check in from 3 p.m. On the day of departure we request you to check out of the apartment by 11 a.m.

  • How do I get into the boarding house?

    Your booking confirmation contains an access code, with which you can open the entrance door of the boarding house and of the underground car park gate. Subsequently, you can carry out your check-in at the Check-In-Terminal in the entrance area. Alternatively, you can also do this by smart phone in the HelloGuest-App - here you must only pick-up your room card subsequently at the Check-In-Terminal.   • Are parking spaces available?

    Yes, parking spaces are available for guests in our underground car park, which can be used free of charge depending on the availability. 

  • Must I bring my own consumables with me?

    We will of course provide you with an initial supply of soap, dishwashing tabs, etc. In case of a longer stay you must, however, organise further supplies yourself. The stock is replenished weekly during apartment cleaning.



  • What to do in case of an emergency?

    Please contact the emergency telephone number deposited in the guest folder.

  • Can I also book one or more apartments as a company?

    Yes, of course. Please contact us via our contact form.
